Frequently Asked Questions

How do we get started?

A cooperation between a business and an insurance broker typically begins with the execution of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), followed by the issuance of an authorization letter that empowers the broker to approach the insurance market and seek suitable solutions on the business’s behalf.

How much time is required to implement an insurance program?

We understand that time is often of the essence, but we do not advise to compromise on the quality of the outcome to save time. Our goal is to implement insurance programs for SMEs within 30 days. For larger corporates, the process may take up to 90 days, while global insurance programs can require up to 180 days to implement.

Where does StahlRisk operate?

We are currently licensed to operate/service clients domiciled in Slovenia (EEA license pending). However, we may structure programs where entities outside of Slovenia can be co-insured under a so-called umbrella program.
