1. General

StahlRisk, zavarovalno posredniška družba, d.o.o., with its registered office at Cesta Ceneta Štuparja 127, 1231 Ljubljana – Črnuče, holds a valid license to perform insurance brokerage activities, issued by the Insurance Supervision Agency on 1.12.2025 (ISA License no.: 40111-99/2025-3).

2. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 545 of the Insurance Act (ZZavar-1) (Official Gazette of RS, No. 93/2015), we hereby inform you of the following:

Neither StahlRisk d.o.o., nor its insurance brokers or employees, hold any direct or indirect participation representing more than 10% of the voting rights or capital interest in any insurance company.

No insurance company holds any direct or indirect participation representing more than 10% of the voting rights or capital interest in StahlRisk d.o.o.

StahlRisk d.o.o. has no legal or economic ties, within the meaning of Article 553 of ZZavar-1, with any insurance company that could affect the impartiality of the insurance broker in the performance of any obligations towards the policyholder.

StahlRisk d.o.o. cooperates with all insurance companies offering their services in the countries where StahlRisk d.o.o. is authorized to carry out its activities.

StahlRisk d.o.o. is not contractually bound to one or more insurance companies. StahlRisk d.o.o. provides advice to the policyholder on the conclusion of an insurance contract based on a specific and fair analysis, conducted on the basis of a sufficiently large number of insurance contracts available on the market.

In accordance with Article 579 of ZZavar-1, StahlRisk d.o.o. has established an internal complaints-handling procedure. In case the client does not agree with the final decision on the complaint issued, they have the right to submit a request to initiate mediation proceedings before a selected provider of alternative consumer dispute resolution (ADR).
